Cracked or torn cylinder lugs and ear mounts cut out, rebuilt, and re-bored straight. Get your hydraulic cylinders back in service without replacing the whole unit.
Bore Welding & Machining
Egged-out and oversized bores welded back, then machined to factory tolerance. Pin bores, hinge bores, structural bores — any size we can fit on the table.
Line Boring & Alignment
Multi-bore housings cut on the same centerline so pins drop in clean and stay there. In-shop line boring on bucket linkages, stick assemblies, and articulated joints.
